Lampsy were great, quick and best price but the lights are not great. I really get why some are two or three times the price.
The external dome nut on one was not threaded so I’ve had to use another open bolt until I can get a domed one. The wall screws were typically cheap. First head came off with no torque so ditched them and used better SS screws. The back is plastic so the back of the bolt is held by a hex shape in the plastic and that has turned so they are up forever or until a crowbar is used to remove it. The back is also cheap so they don’t sit quite flat and there is no adjustment because the plastic is brittle and will crack and it’s not substantial enough to pull in.
They will do but they were not cheap lights and I honestly thought they would be better.
I didn’t contact Lampsy because it seemed like small issues but writing it down I realise I probably should have.
I will use Lampsy again though.
