I've changed my mind

We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Lampsy.com. If you've changed your mind about an item purchased from Lampsy.com, you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days. 

To return an item, please email help@lampsy.com within 14 days of receipt. 

Items must be...

  • In their original condition and able to be resold at full price
  • Complete in their original packaging, which is also in good condition
  • Not used, installed or modified in any way
  • Returned within 30 calendar days of receipt

When returning items, we recommend you use a tracked service with adequate cover.

Please note, we are unable to reimburse the cost of returning an item - this includes any premium or international delivery charges.


Damaged, faulty or missing items

Please thoroughly check all items in your order to ensure that they've been received in good condition - we cannot refund damaged items if you've used or installed them.

All glass damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.                 

If you are returning your product because of a physical imperfection, you need to inform us no later than 14 days after receipt. Photographic evidence will be required.

If you are returning your product because of an electrical fault, please advise us of the defect within 30 days. If you believe the product to have an electrical fault, you should stop using it straight away.

Depending on the nature of the fault, we may need to get some technical advice before coming back to you. We'll let you know if we require more information. We may also send you some troubleshooting steps to follow.

If we've confirmed that the item is faulty, we'll ask you to return it to us. 

Please note, we can't accept items that are faulty as a result of improper use or installation. 

To return a damaged or faulty item you must notify us in writing within the time period mentioned above. To do so, please email help@lampsy.com.

When your return has been accepted, we will issue you a returns reference number. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless we have been notified first.

Please allow up to 14 working days to process your refund once we have received your return.
