100% except one area that was about 20%.Ordering was a doddle, price reasonable, shipping time fine, packaging reasonably eco-friendly, instructions sparse but adequate.
Installation was horrible as the innards are crammed into outside casing. By necessity one is working at arms length on some steps leaning over the basin and reaching up to top of the mirror. The wires from the wall were short as this was this was a retro fit and they were already short from previous fit.. Having connected the wires in the connector box it needed sliding onto the retaining screw holding the arm. Difficult at arms length peering into the case at arms length. So a larger case or a rethink in the box would enhance the user experience.
It switched on first time and looks terrific. I even dare look at myself in the mirror occasional. It has generally Ben a comfort to me that I have spent my life living behind my face not in front of it.
The light is giving great satisfaction. Thank you.
